Ray
Parrella’s has been serving the Louisville & southern
Indiana area since 1961. The Parrella family is dedicated in
perfecting our sauces & pasta’s. We strive to use
the best ingredients to perfect our entrees. Food is a very important
part of our Italian culture and we would like to share that with
you. Ray was inspired to cook by our grandmother, Nana Rose.
She
was the typical Italian grandmother, always making sure that
there was plenty of pasta and” gravy” along with her Italian
desserts.
Ramona Parrella has inherited the gift of cooking knowledge from
my grandmother, Nana Rose. She can taste a dish and know exactly
what it needs. Not a lot of people can do this.
The Parrella family is committed to quality and excellence in
